Grotto Di Frasassi

Day 3 – Traveller Entry

Our culinary and cultural Italian experience was every bit as good as the previous 2 days. Chef Antonio and our food and wine expert Othello greeted us at the local fish market where we together selected the fish we would cook and eat. As if we didn’t have enough senses already engaged as we prepared and ate our food, another surprise awaited us. Music! So today we cooked. We drank wine. We ate. AND we danced and sang! In the afternoon we were awed by the Grotto Di Frasassi caves at Genga. Wow, what an experience. And no crowds at all. September is definitely the time to go!
